Not just the date, but also the time please. It would be great if the
meeting were in the morning so
it would be possible to catch an evening flight back to the west coast.

ITC Team,
I have checked with John and we like the 9/21 date for a face-to-face
meeting in the Boston area.    
 
It would be great if we could finalize the date soon, maybe even as soon as
tomorrow,  so that we can get 7 or maybe even 14 day advance purchase
tickets.    
 
We will also need to determine a place and time during the next meeting.
