Finalizing 9/21

ITC Team,
I have checked with John and we like the 9/21 date for a face-to-face
meeting in the Boston area.    
 
It would be great if we could finalize the date soon, maybe even as soon
as tomorrow,  so that we can get 7 or maybe even 14 day advance purchase
tickets.    
 
We will also need to determine a place and time during the next meeting.
