I am presuming that 9/21 is good with everyone since I have not heard back
from anyone who cannot make it, with the exception of Shabtay who mentioned
difficulties on the phone. In addition is there anyone with offices in the
area that we could use, or should I try to secure a room in the hotel with
DesignCon? (Crowne Plaza Worcester Hotel).

ITC Team,

I have checked with John and we like the 9/21 date for a face-to-face
meeting in the Boston area.    

 

It would be great if we could finalize the date soon, maybe even as soon as
tomorrow,  so that we can get 7 or maybe even 14 day advance purchase
tickets.    

 

We will also need to determine a place and time during the next meeting.
