Face to face 9/21

Thanks to Duaine, we now have a room for the face to face meeting next week.
The details are below.

I expect that the meeting will last for most of the day, and the objective
is to establish the basic outline of what should be in the 2.0 release. In
this sense, I expect that we will take a quick look at all of the issue that
are currently identified and see if there are any issues contained within
these that can shelved or if they must be dealt with in the initial release.
We will not be trying to solve the issues at the meeting, although possible
solutions may emerge.

I would also like to discuss the form that the eventual document would take
and discuss ideas about its structure.

Two things for everyone to do. If you intend to be at the meeting, please
let both myself and Duaine know so that we have numbers. Also please let me
know if there are other things that you think we should accomplish while
together. A phone connection will be provided for people who cannot be there
but still want to participate.

Directions to Waltham Sales Office from Logan airport: Exit airport and
follow signs to Ted Williams Tunnel and Route 90 West. Continue to follow
signs for 90 West (Mass Pike), the tunnel will merge into 90 West (Mass
Pike) after 2-3 miles. At the second toll plaza take I-95 North (also known
at Route 128 North). Follow I-95 north to Exit 28B (towards Lincoln). Pass
over the highway and the driveway to Reservoir Place will be on your right.
When entering Reservoir Place take an immediate right towards the Main
Building, our office is located in suite 365 on the 3rd floor of the Main
building.
