RE: Finalizing 9/21

Brian and Shabtay,
I'm fairly sure that people have already made travel reservations based
on the confirmation at the Thursday meeting.    Since it sounds like
Cadence and others who cannot be there in person can participate by
phone, I think that we should go ahead.    I've arranged a room at the
Mentor site in Marlboro.   We should be able to use the usual conference
number as well for the dial-in participants.
 
Brian, what are your thoughts?

Hi Brian,

 

As indicated, I won't be able to attend the meeting on 9/21 in person. I
can dial in around 11:30 - 12:00 EST. A Cadence representative from the
east coast team (copied on this email) will be able to dial in during
the morning (EST) but won't attend the meeting in person due to other
obligations.

who mentioned difficulties on the phone. In addition is there anyone
with offices in the area that we could use, or should I try to secure a

	I have checked with John and we like the 9/21 date for a
face-to-face meeting in the Boston area.    

	 

	It would be great if we could finalize the date soon, maybe even
as soon as tomorrow,  so that we can get 7 or maybe even 14 day advance
purchase tickets.    

	 

	We will also need to determine a place and time during the next
