Greetings ITC Techies,

I've made the following updates to the document this week as per
AI's from last week:

- Changed terminology for transaction pipes from receive/send pipes to
input/output pipes respectively, to be consistent with SCE-MI 1 message
   port macros.

- Clarified paragraphs describing blocking-only operations on pipes
on both C and HDL endpoints

- Corrected comments in function declarations from "#bits/element" to
   "#bytes/element"

- Added informational section on avoidance of namespace pollution

Still holding off sending a new draft until these changes are in
as I had proposed earlier and Per endorsed:

- Cleanup, consolidation of supported types section (Re: IM 201)

- Writeup of concensus on function call recursion limits
as per Russ's proposal (Re: IM 202)

- Merging, consolidation of sections 5.1, 6.1.2 and writup of
period based vs. ratio based clock port usage guidelines
   (Re: IM 216)
