Updated reference model, demo/compliancy suite - revision 1.12

Greetings ITC Techies,

I've updated the scemi2_demo reference model and
demo/compliancy suite for the transaction pipes.

I've made the following changes:

- Did some updates to Per's code to support unrestricted transaction
   size for the C side when data shaping is used. Per, this appears
   to be working minimally but it really needs some additional
   testing and review. In any case it does run the existing
   set of tests including the new one.

- Changed pipe_id's to use new statically restricted ID
   space on the HDL side (see scemi_pipes.vh).

- Added new compliancy test for unrestricted C transaction
   size.
