[sv-cc] No meeting tomorrow AND VOTING STARTS

   We will start our final LRM approval voting
   process tomorrow as per Accellera TCC guidelines.
   Like last time, sv-cc will do it over email
   and, similar to last time, we will skip the
   meeting during voting period.

   Official ballot and reminders for rules will
   go out tomorrow.
