ST Patent related to IEEE 1666

All,
I have been informed recently by our legal department that a 2-years old European ST patent application has been "published" (whatever that means in the patent system).
This patent covers implementation of reset capabilities in SoC model. The Process Control Extensions of IEEE 1666-2011 (see related works) somehow relates to this.

We have had no recent confcall of p1666, so I guess this mailing list is the proper place for this disclosure.
