Progress report

Folks,

I am now going on vacation for a week, so thought I would send a quick
progress report.

I have already fixed 31 minor issues, which leaves 24 minor issues and 8
enhancement requests remaining (approximately). Of the 24+8 outstanding
issues, 8 of these are already being discussed on the reflector. So,
numerically speaking, we have reached the half-way point, but this is
misleading because we still have to handle some major enhancement requests
(such as the process control extensions).

I have written up the majority of the new text for TLM-1, and am currently
working on tlm_fifo.

Sofie has updated the LRM with the results of fixing these 31 minor
issues, and we are currently reviewing the changes.
