Hi,
I have been wrestling with the issue of how to restrict access to the draft P1666 LRMs that will be emerging over time. One possibility was to use the IEEE "Grouper" facility. I discovered that this would work, except that there would be a common login/password for everyone. The other alternative was to use the Twiki facility on eda.org. This allows individual passwords and logins, which I like better. The actual document will not be password protected, but only those who are registered in the P1666 group will be able to see the page on which it will reside.
If you are on the P1666 email reflectors to which this email is directed, you will (over the next few days) be receiving an email from the Twiki asking you to click a link to confirm your registration. If you plan to access the draft LRM versions as they appear, please follow the directions to get yourself registered.
Some of you are on both P1666 email reflectors. Sorry for the duplicate emails.
Stan
