Would it be possible for you to clarify your inputs for column, "G"?
The .xls provided by Jon Sander had 3 rankings: 1 = high, 2 = med,
and 3 = Low.
Also, since your .xls also shows an 'N' in column H, "Approve[y/n]",
will you be providing a comment as to the background or rationale
for your 'N'? That would greatly help others of us to understand
your position and perhaps join you.
