Hi all,

There is no clear documentation in the current version of the LRM as to how
DC Sweep should behave in terms of initial and final step.

1. Should initial_step fire on all DC steps of the DC sweep?
2. Should final_step fire on all DC steps of the DC sweep?
3. Should the value of variables rotate between the steps of DC sweep.

   analog begin
     x = x + 1;
   end

   So in the above case should the value of the variable x get carried over.
   ie. should it be 1, 2, 3,... in a DC sweep.
