Kevin,
here is my feedback on your proposal;

Section 8:

change bar 1:
* Re: neutral discipline.
   what is a neutral discipline?
   why would someone want to do this?

* typo
   "a analog" should be "an analog"

change bar 2:
* In terms of the definition of receiver, I would
   think that the reference to the net in a block
   rather than the block itself would be the receiver.

* Re para 2 and discipline resolution
   A signal (or indeed node) does not end up with a
   resolved discipline, rather each net that comprises
   the signal or node ends up with a resolved disipline.
* typo in last paragraph, "disipline" should be
   "discipline".

Thanks,
--Martin
