Here's one I'd forgotten about - system include files with <>.

Note: currently the search order does not appear to be specified, and there is
no way of differentiating a user's "constants.h" from a Verilog-D design and
that delivered with a Verilog-A[MS] simulator. The proposal is backward
compatible, i.e. you don't have to go over old code and change the quotes.
