* order the table according to section numbers
* Remove 'temporary' from the description of Issue #1. Also rephrase second part to say the digital port names cannot be used from child instantiation
* rephrase issue #10 to say that the constraints are not clearly stated
* Change font on issue #14, and split them up (and this will get organized as part of section numbers)
* Issue #18 - specify 8.3.2, 8.3.2.1 as single change
* Issue #22 - change disciplines. h to disciplines.vams
* Issue # 26 - change "For variables array, specification" to "For variables, array specification"
Rounding (w' VHDL) - rounding vs truncation - 2nd para of section 9.3.2.3
* should "rounds" be clarified to "rounds to nearest" or something more clear??
* should it be one or half of a precision base for the error
* It should be clearly mentioned that the precision base is on the a2d event
