Subject: Face to Face meeting during HDL Conference?

Hi all,
I think it will be good to have a face-to-face meeting sometime during the HDL conference scheduled during Feb 24th - Feb 26th. It will be good to discuss the recent developments to the LRM, and the LRM 2.1 version and also have some discussions on upcoming plans, and the future revisions to the document. Since i am not attending the conference, and given that i am physically very far off, Jon Sanders is planning to arrange for this face to face meeting during the conference. I am hoping that this is organized in such a way that even people not attending the conference would be able to attend this meeting. Also, I am hoping that there would be a dialin facility for that meeting.
Also, the next LRM committee call is scheduled for the 10th of Feb, 4:30pm PST. This meeting will essentially have a look at the last 6 months to an year of work very broadly and plan to have some kind of brainstorming/post mortem session, to see how we do things and what can be done more efficiently and what are the other critical needs/open issues that people think that need to be addressed as this will be a good preliminary discussion to the face to face meeting at the conference. The dialin number for this is same asusual.
