Thanks for the comments. I'll have a look at those points.
As for re-coding C models, I personally have re-coded BSIM3
and ADI's proprietary BJT model, and I gave some input on the
re-coding of Mextram 504; the folks from Tiburon have
done several models (including BSIM3 and 4 and some BJTs);
and Colin wrote VBIC in Verilog-A. It is from those
experiences that the Designer's Guide document was written.
Unfortunately, I will not be attending DAC.
