Ilya -
I'm intending to leave most of limiting for the simulator to
figure out. Ken seemed to think that Spectre would be fine
without it (other than the existing limexp). I certainly
don't know enough about how other simulators converge to
specify an algorithm for all of them to use. Nor do I think
that would belong in a hardware description language.
