Updating web pages

I've updated pretty much the whole web site for Verilog-AMS,
accessed from

http://www.eda.org/verilog-ams/gjc/

I removed the obsolete pages
  intro.html
  mission.html
  pli.html
  lrm_cleanup.html

(the first two were not linked in at all;
the mission statement is in overview.html;
the last two were "under construction")

LRM versions are now on "related literature."

Sign-up information is now on "committee meetings."

Unless I hear complaints, I'm going to archive the old
files&directories and put my stuff in instead.
