I just pushed the new pages to the top level, so that's
what you see when you visit

Things left to do:
1) update Design Objectives (htmlpages/dod.html)
2) update open issues table (htmlpages/tc-docs/issues/)
3) extract general meeting minutes (htmlpages/minutes.html)
  or remove the link from meetings.html
4) rename the "Related Literature" button to "Download LRM"
  and re-order buttons (probably put LRM in place of
  Participating Companies, which gets moved to where
  Related Literature is now)

If anyone has FrontPage 3.0, which was used to create the
old site and therefore (I think) the buttons, it would be
great if you could make me a new button.
