Was it Jim or Patrick?  Patrick had e-mailed me shortly after the
2.2 LRM was approved.  And: it's Annex C, C.18 Changes from previous
Verilog-A LRM versions.  (I guess we're not trying to document
changes to the 1364 standard that get incorporated into AMS.)
Annex G is "Open issues."
