Review of Chapter 2:

Global:
   - Check for all references. Any outside the document reference should 
mention
   the document name
   - Explicitly say the "Section blah" rather than just the section number
   - There are some references to "clause" which we will leave as-is at this
   point

Intro:
   - no need to refer to 1364-2005. this is fine. We will document any
     deviations.
   - Referencing digital syntax vs copy-paste (to make the LRM complete) 
from
     digital LRM. We are not going to follow any strict guidelines. 
Depends on
     the chapter

Section 2.1
   - what character set are we using? What does digital LRM say?
   - If not specified in digital LRM, send a note to the digital committee
(Action: GH): Check with Shalom

Section 2.2
   - typo on contain

Section 2.5.1:
   - white space terminates the macro substitute. So there is no value 
add in
     the last line in paragraph 2 (It shall be legal to macro substitute the
     tokens...)
(Action: GH): Check with Shalom

Section 2.5.2:
   - Should we support 'z' and 'y' as part of real (to refer to 1e-24 and
     1e-21). There was a request to add this. Not sure whether there is a
     mantis item.
     Decision: We will not add it at this point of time. This is more from a
     analog perspective and will add it if really required in later version
     after accessing the impact.
(Action: Jonathan) Add a mantis item for this request.

Section 2.5.3:
   - Some of the text is relavant (whitespace before scale factor being
     invalid - the example in 2.5.2 refers to this invalid case also). Move
     some of the contents of 2.5.3 to 2.5.2

Section 2.5.4:
   - Coercion is mentioned in AMS section 4.1.1.1 also which can be removed
     probably

Section 2.6:
   - (Action: Sri) check for Strings definition on SV (check SV website 
or IEEE explore)
