I'm having a look through the document now, and
it seems to me that the "race condition" work-around
in Example 4 on page 12 will prevent one from using
the multiple analog blocks for the multi-rate analysis
of section 2.3.

For the first timepoint, the values in the
// Behavior analog block will all be zero (since
there were no accepted timepoints) -- the values
computed in the // Initialization analog block
won't be "copied out" until after the first
accepted timepoint.
