No call this week

Hi all,

Sorry for the late notice. I won't be able to make it to the call and 
also Dave is in the process of doing the updates from the review last 
week and the document is not ready for review. So I plan to cancel the 
call for this week.

Graham should also be back from vacation next week, so we can look at 
the compiler directive and Dave's updates during the next call.
