Call tomorrow?

Hi all,

Dave is on vacation this week & next for the review of the updated 
chapter 10 with couple of requests raised from his end. I haven't heard 
whether Graham is back from his vacations to review the compiler 
directives section and Chapter 9 will be ready mid August. In light of 
that i dont see the need to have a call tomorrow and we will meet next 
week - August 9th.

I will check with Graham whether he will be available for us to review 
the compiler directives.
