Verilog-AMS BNF Section 6.5 - analog_event_expressions

Hi Graham,
In section 6.5 of the BNF, you have added analog_event_functions for cross, 
timer, and above.
However you don't have that rule in analog_event_expression.

In analog_event_expression I think there should be a rule for
	| analog_event_functions
