Re: value retention duplication in sections 5 and 6

This was my failure to remove 5.3.1.3 once Sri had added the material to
section 6.

However, as I went through section 5 to find 5.3.1.3, I found that we
probably need some more significant re-arranging. For example, 5.1.3 has
some examples (controlled sources, resistor/conductor, ...) that make
no sense at this point, because the contribution operator <+ won't be
introduced until section 6. (It was previously in 5.3.)

It seems that all of the examples in 5.1.3 should be moved to section 6
to re-join the contribution operator. I'm not sure why section 5 is
called "signals" if it's really only about "analog signals."

Perhaps 5.1 (analog signals) and 5.2 (accessing net and branch signals
and attributes) should become sections 6.1 and 6.2; 5.3 has already been
copied into section 6 and should be deleted. Then there is no section 5
any more.
