Geoffrey, Stu,

Probably i made a mistake in building the package that was originally 
sent when building Annex-D. For files that did not change (i thought) i 
used LRM 2.2 frame version. I am attaching the LRM2.2 version with this 
email that i have with me.

Sorry about that error, if i had used the wrong version initially.
