Geoffrey,

Are you talking about the drafts of the standard itself or just that 
particular chapter. I assume its the chapter draft since this example is 
there in draft A (the first draft). I tried to look at the chapter but 
eda.org is a bit slow and could not load that chapter. I could not see 
the chapter, but i notice that the draftA has change bar for these 
examples (which i guess must have come from the final version of system 
task chapter).

I will raise a Mantis item for the same so that this can get addressed 
in the next version of the AMS LRM.
