Thanks for posting the LRM v2.3 draft6 on the webpage and thanks for 
your efforts on the very quick turnaround of this draft version that 
addresses the issues that were raised on the previous submission.

All,

Please have a look at the document for the corrections that were done. 
This draft version includes all the changes that were submitted as part 
of the board review and the recommendations from the same when draft4 
was submitted. All the identified issues have been resolved in this version.

I plan to send this version to the board by end over the weekend or 
latest Monday as the Board is meeting early next week for the discussion.
