transitioning to the accellera website from eda.org

Hi all,

I have been having some discussions with Accellera folks who are keen on
moving the AMS website from the eda.org to the Accellera website.

I understand that Accellera would help in moving all the contents of the
current webpage to its new home. The reflector will have a new id with
accellera.org extension and they will import all the current ids from
the eda.org maillist to the new one. The plan is also to archive the
mails as part of the AMS group website and also provide a link to the
eda.org email reflector site for legacy. Also they will provide web edit
access for some of the members in the maillist who help in maintaining
the documentation and contents of the AMS pages.

They want to be able to do this before they send out a general
announcement regarding the v2.3 AMS release.

The current accellera website just has reference to AMS on the main page
with link to the eda.org website. I am given to believe that the "Kavi"
tools used in Accellera webpage are quite easy to use and in general
moving to Accellera would enhance the useability aspects. All the other
Accellera communities are already using this website.

I would like to understand whether I have missed something that will be
of concern by moving to the new website and hear your thoughts/comments
that i can further verify.

Regards,
Sri
