Re: Verilog-AMS LRM v2.3 approved

The new LRM has been posted on the web site:

http://www.eda.org/verilog-ams/

Click "Download LRM" in the left buttons -- or find it linked
in the first paragraph of text.

I've updated some other pages here and there.  Also, I've moved
almost all the 2.3 draft documents into
http://www.eda.org/verilog-ams/htmlpages/public-docs/v2.3_drafts/

It is my plan to DELETE all these files, so let me know if you
think something in that directory should be preserved for
posterity.  (Note I've left a few things in the public-docs
directory, eg Multiple_Analog_Blocks_v4.pdf, idt-proposal.pdf, etc.)
as the latest versions of those proposals.

Please let me know if you find any other pages that need
updating.
