Minutes:

Discussion on intermediate release
     - Plan to look at possibility given that lot of minor issues has 
been reported post LRM v2.3 release
     - Discussed with Accellera about this possibility since we are in 
the process of moving to IEEE; if we can do the release before donating 
the standard to IEEE then we can release a version under Accellera.
     - The plan is to get the PAR approved by end of March, so gives 2 
months to send this version to board for approval for an intermediate 
release.
     - The opinion was since most of the issues are minor in nature it 
might be useful for an individual or small team to address all the fixes 
rather than assigning owners on chapter basis.
     - Sri will create new version tag (2.3.1 ?) in mantis and move the 
approved tickets for this version with the appropriate target version.


Mantis tickets:
   * 0002266 (Marq)
     - Marq has mentioned all the specifics on the exact changes that 
need to be done for allowing current nature for signal-flow.
     - This will be addressed as part of an immediate patch

   * 0002378 (Kevin)
     - Deprecate wreal; there have been other proposal to extend the 
functionality of wreal (2160, 2162)
     - Not considered for intermediate release

   * 0002391 (Geoffrey)
     - proposal attached with the ticket for the switch branch; minor 
correction and will be addressed for intermediate release

   * 0002453 (Marq)
     - minor fix; surprisingly the wrong iteration for laplace has been 
there in prior LRM versions. Scheduled for intermediate release

   * 0002457 (Shalom)
     - cross reference will be fixed and is scheduled for intermediate 
version

   * 0002458 (Marq)
     - will be fixed for intermediate version

   * 0002459 (Marq)
     - minor typo; will be fixed for intermediate version

   * 0002460 (Sri)
     - minor typo; addressed for intermediate version

   * 0002162 (Ken)
     - postponed

   * 0000879 (Graham)
     - very old issue; graham responded back saying this can be closed.

   * 0002161 (Ken)
     - postponed; will not be for intermediate release

   * 0002160 (Ken)
     - postponed; will not be for intermediate release

   * 0002159 (Ken)
     - would be good to have a look at a proposal for this change.

   * 0000954 (Graham)
     - old issue; to be closed
