Hello, I have encountered some problems simulating 'electrical' net connecting to both 'logic/wire' and 'logic/wreal' ports. The ACMI algorithm is inserting only one connectmodule (either electrical_wire or electrical_wreal) and both digital wire/wreal ports are connected to it. Simulation failure occurs due to the resulting incompatible wire/wreal net connection. Using the split connectrule option makes no difference because the same connectmodule is inserted for each digital ports. Basically the ACMI algorithm is insensitive the net type of the digital port. Looking at the LRM, I could not see any documentation requiring the discipline resolution and ACMI mechanisms to handle the incompatible wreal and non-wreal net types separately when resolving a mixed-signal net. Should the LRM's discipline resolution and ACMI mechanism be updated to be sensitive to incompatible digital net types?
