Hello Shalom,
yes this is what I wanted to do, but if I follow the BNF correctly, a 
constant_primary is not a subset of a primary, it seems that constant 
expression is kept separate from expression (same in P1800).

So I didn't want to start modifying expressions.
Or am I misunderstanding the BNF?
