In accordance with Accellera’s Bylaws, the board of directors requests
your review of the proposed Accellera standard Verilog AMS version

This proposal has been approved by majority of its Technical
Subcommittee. Following a 30-day review period by the Corporate and
Associate members and the Technical Committee, the above proposal will
be considered for approval at a meeting of the Board of Directors. Each
member company shall have the opportunity to address the Board with
comments pertaining to their company’s review of the proposed standard.
