There is a draft version of the merged BNF that got prepared only today
(and hosted on the webpage few hours ago) and I was also away for past
couple of days, so forgot to send a notification out.

I am moving this meeting to next week 8/11. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I was planning to send out an email to the reflector.
