Call time options for AMS meetings

Hi all,

Given that most of the countries in Northern hemisphere is in the
process of changing the clocks (pushing it back by 1hr) and Adelaide is
pushing it forward by an hour, we probably need look at changing the
current meeting time.

(in no particular order of preference)

Option1:
* San Francisco, 6p
* Austin, 8p
* Boston, 9p
* Amsterdam, 3a (next day)
* Tel Aviv, 4a
* New Delhi, 7.30a
* Adelaide, 12.30p

Option2:
* San Francisco, 11.30a
* Austin, 1.30p
* Boston, 2.30p
* Amsterdam, 8.30p
* Tel Aviv, 9.30p
* New Delhi, 1a (next day)
* Adelaide, 6a

Option3:
* San Francisco, 6a
* Austin, 8a
* Boston, 9a
* Amsterdam, 3p
* Tel Aviv, 4p
* New Delhi, 7.30p
* Adelaide, 12.30p

Given that Graham has been doing late night calls at 11.30p for last
several meetings, probably we can look at option 1 & 2. I am fine to do
option 2, hence put that proposal in the mix.
