Re: [sv-ec] New Operating Procedures [repost]

We will remain on the eda.org reflectors for the time being, and I will review
the members of each list.

We have asked Karen Bartleson to take back to the CAG the need for more joint
meetings and coordination with related standards.

The last question from the attachment:

Are entity working group email reflectors closed to non-members?
Yes. Entity working groups may use the public area of their website
to share needed information with those who may wish to begin
  participation in the working group.

I hope there are some "entity members" of P1800 on the Verilog-AMS reflector,
who will be able to keep tabs on potential conflicts as the AMS committee
works on SV-AMS. Apparently, I'm going to get removed from all the sv-
reflectors.

I'm curious, though: the sb_bylaws.pdf document Karen cites says:

Each entity project is required to host its working group email
reflector(s) through the IEEE, with designated IEEE staff serving
  as administrators.

However, it seems to me that all the sv-*@eda.org reflectors are
not "hosted through the IEEE" since eda.org is owned by Accellera.
So, perhaps Karen should be creating new reflectors at ieee.org
and only copying over to the new lists those e-mail addresses of
entity members.
