SPAM Filter Leak

The SPAM filter at eda.org allowed a message through to vital@eda.org which
should not have gone happened.

We are modifying the spam filters on eda.org so this will hopefully not
happen again. The offending Spammer has been reported to uce@ftc.gov. This
is in accordance with:
http://www.ftc.gov/opa/9807/jbspam.713.htm

When you see spam, you can forward a copy of it to vital-owner@eda.org. I
maintain the list and get the same messages you do so this is actually not
required, but optional.

But please:
- do NOT respond to the sender,
- do NOT respond to the email reflector

This only encourages the sender and clutters our already full inboxes with
needless communication.

Again, I regret that the spam system on eda.org did not filter this message
out.

Regards,

Dennis
