Problem Description:
Core Tools Update - Covers A1.4/F1.4 FPGA implementation tools.
There are many fixes available for Map, PAR, and other applications. The XC4000X
L speed file update should be
installed after this patch (see below).

CPLD Update - Covers several issues related to A1.4/F1.4 CPLD
implementation tools. This patch is independent of all other
patches.

Win95 Performance Update - This patch speeds up all applications
that deal with NGD databases in the core tools on Win95 machines.
This update should be used in addition (install after) to the Core
Tools Update.

5200 Bitgen Update - This fix addresses two known problems that
lead to bad bit file generation for 5200 devices. This fix is also
included in the Core Tools Update.

Spartan Package File Update - Adds PQ208 to s20, s30 and s40
devices. This patch is independent of all other updates.

XC4000XL Package File Update - Adds CB228 to XC4036XL
and XC4062XL devices. This patch is independent of all other
Updates.

device. This patch is independent of all other updates.

XC4000XV Speed File Update - Adds new XC4000XV speed files.
This patch is independent of all other updates.

XC4000XL Speed File Update - Adds new XC4000XL speed files.
This patch also contains an XC4000XL bitgen fix that was
combined with this patch due to dependencies between data
files. This patch should be installed after the latest
Core Tools Update (see above)
