The PIO-32.PCI provides 32 channels of digital I/O configurable as inputs or outputs, which can be utilized for PC based control and automation of equipment including sensors, switches, satellite antenna control systems, video and audio studio automation, security control systems, and other industrial automation systems. In addition, the PIO-32.PCI is the perfect choice for integrating unattended status monitoring equipment, and fall­back network switching circuits.
The PIO-32.PCI's 32 channels consist of 4 8-bit ports of I/O, configurable as inputs or outputs to suit the task at hand. The mode of each of the 4 ports is user selectable as inputs or outputs by simply writing a control word to the port register. This gives the user the ability to customize the combination of inputs and outputs as needed. Any of the 4 ports can be set to generate an interrupt for status monitoring applications.

Our SeaI/O Family of Windows 98/ME/NT/2000 and Linux Software drivers is included along with sample applications and utilities for rapid application development.
