Urgency: Standard
General Description:
The EZTag software is not capable of generating a single svf file for multiple devices in the
chain. It creates a different SVF file for each device in the chain.
Solution 1:
To get around this limitation, concatenate all the svf files in to one file and name it
something else with a .svf extension.
Note: The SVF files created using this flow will not work with the HP3070 tester. Refer to
http://www.xilinx.com/techdocs/3255.htm for the HP flow.
Solution 2:
Upgrading to the M1.x/2.1i JTAG Programmer software will solve this problem.
