Problem Title:
NGD2VER/NGD2VHDL: The SDF file (Standard Delay Format) file contains Minimum, Typical and Maximum of all the same value. Why?

Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard

General description:
The SDF file (Standard Delay Format) file contains
Minimum, Typical and Maximum of all the same value. Why?

Solution 1:

By default, the tripilicate values all hold the Max delay since the Xilinx
Alliance tools states the worst case. From M1.5 and onward, you can
specify to get the minimum, but you will have all 3 fields contain the
min value. Currently, it is not possible to generate 1 SDF file, that
holds separate values for the Min:Typ:Max fields.

Please see (Xilinx Solution 4506) to have Ngdanno generate an NGA
file with min delays for input into Ngd2ver/Ngd2vhdl.
