Overview
NMI is an independent design services company and is now making its expertise
available in the form of Intellectual Property cores via the Xilinx AllianceCORE
program. These cores leverage NMI's skills, particularly in the area of high speed
digital design, to provide commonly required and easily customizable functions which
are instantly useable.
NMI cores mainly target the XC9500 family and will be available in optimised HDL
source code. This allows the cores to provide the flexibility which many applications
demand. First time users will find that NMI's cores accelerate their learning process,
giving them the confidence to rapidly move forward.
NMI also offers full product design services to customers. These range from modifying
AllianceCORE offerings, through providing custom cores, to full core integration,
system design and prototyping. NMI is also a certified Windows DE development partner.
NMI designs systems with diverse requirements: low power; high performance; low
cost; ease of manufacture. We also have in-depth experience of PC hardware and software
development, including planar boards, PCI and PCMCIA.
