QPRO Radiation Hardened FPGAs

QPRO

The Xilinx QPROTM family of radiation hardened FPGAs for satellite and space applications are available up to 130,000 system gates. They are guaranteed over the full operating temperature range of –55oC to +125oC and feature:

  • Guaranteed Total Ionizing Dose of 60Krads(si)
  • Latch-up immune to LET >100MevCM2/mg @ +125oC
  • Low soft upset rates
  • Special 0.35um process
  • Manufactured on the Xilinx QML line
  • Complete compatibility with Xilinx QPRO non-radiation hardened FPGAs to facilitate prototyping
The QPRO line also is supported by Xilinx Foundation and Alliance series design entry and place and route software, and a variety of verified software cores that can be used to create system level functions such as standard bus interfaces in Xilinx XQ4000X devices.
