Install All Cores and Software Enhancements

Always download the Current Software Enhancements before downloading any new Cores. The New Cores will require the latest Software Enhancements to be installed. We encourage you to check this CoreLINX page before starting a new design.

Install All New Cores and Software Enhancements
The following is a current, complete install of ALL New Cores and ALL the Software Enhancements in one easy install. This is the Recommended install, as you will then have all the current Software Enhancements and all of the New Cores.

Print and/or read the installation README file. Save the installation ZIP or TAR file to the install location of the 1.4.0 or 1.4.1 CORE Generator software. Follow the directions in the README file. While this CORE Generator Software Enhancement is version 1.4.2, once installed the CORE Generator version will still be 1.4.1

New COREs: 8x8 and 12x12 Speed Optimized Fixed Point Multiplier Updated COREs: SDA FIR Filter Corrected the mapping (the functionality did not change) PDA FIR Filter Improved the use of Smart-IP by adjusting the floor-plan and performance of the PDA FIR Filter. Square Root Improved VHDL Behavioral model
