Mark,
I question has come up in the SLDL group about the relationship
of constraints work for SLDL and the work that your group is doing.
It was my understanding that your was restricting its work (at least
for now) to constraints at the VC implementation level and not
covering full system constraints such as more abstract notions like
"throughput". Is my assumption correct? Do you have any thoughts
on how the groups could work together?

"exiting" where it should read "existing" modifying the work "standards".
