1. Update from Mark's presentation to SI2 and the ASIC vendor
technical managers
This presentation went over very well. The technical managers
understood what we are trying to do, and they agreed that it
is important to them. In particular, they were concerned about
the role of constraints in the flows and design kits they deliver
to their customers, sets of alternative constraints/environment
conditions they deliver with a library/design kit for different
use models, and packaging up constraints with IP blocks.
This discussion was a precursor to the technical managers providing
input to the business managers.
